Do not recommend this company. Ordered 300 magnetic bookmarks; 192 were flawed with bleeding and burnt edges. Poor craftsmanship. Requested a refund for faulty items, fair offer. Company initially agreed to inspect returned magnets but later backed out. Reluctant to negotiate until Alibaba intervened. Company insisted on remaking faulty items, hesitated due to quality concerns. Despite 20+ requests, reluctantly accepted them to remake, as refund seemed unlikely but the remade products now show all the inner foam exposed. At first they said you should not be able to see it from the front (only side), but after showing them that many are visible from the front, they backtracked and said they have a 1-2mm tolerance. Pretty poor customer service complaining about how much money they already lost when I didn't want them to remake the products in the first place.

But we do always happy and easy to communicate when customers have any issues on products. We are trying to reach out to talk and didn't get any replys but found negative review here. Really sad:(We produced 300 bookmarks first and got your feedback 192 were flawed so we arrange the reproduction for 195 to replace after negotiation it should be total 495 pcs shipped finally.But after the second batches arrived we got your feedback there is only 43 usable and others were all flawed we just don't understand the different saying and quantity for first and second times. As we've explained the production technique and tried to send lots of photos & video for confirmation before shipment. We may not be the best but we are always striving to be the best.We appreciate your time and patience on this case. We hope to provide the better service to you in near future!
