First, thanks so much for choosing our products and we apologize that if there is any bad feeling caused during the order process. But we do always happy and easy to communicate when customers have any issues on products. We are trying to reach out to talk and didn't get any replys but found negative review here. Really sad:(We produced 300 bookmarks first and got your feedback 192 were flawed so we arrange the reproduction for 195 to replace after negotiation it should be total 495 pcs shipped finally.But after the second batches arrived we got your feedback there is only 43 usable and others were all flawed we just don't understand the different saying and quantity for first and second times. As we've explained the production technique and tried to send lots of photos & video for confirmation before shipment. We may not be the best but we are always striving to be the best.We appreciate your time and patience on this case. We hope to provide the better service to you in near future!
